Colorado Land Advisor represents a new generation of Urban Planners and Engineers. Our firm works with developers, land owners and Realtors to enhance the market value of their development property. As trusted advisors to builders and developers in Western Colorado, we create development concepts that are respected throughout the land development industry. Our established relationships and practical experience provide depth of understanding in how to increase the value of land in today's market conditions. We have worked on many "troubled properties" where we found hidden assets.
Our Principal, Jeffery Fleming, has over 25 years experience in Real Estate Development + Urbanism. Colorado Land Advisor combines research, development and marketing expertise that has completed over 100 projects. Our planning and design projects include commercial, industrial and residential sites in dozens of master planned communities valued at over $380 million. We understand how to plan, design and develop land projects. We determine not only what a property is worth today, but how we can add value by turning constraints into assets to attain the highest possible value.
Our Development Planning approach includes market research, feasibility studies, infrastructure design and cost-benefit analysis of land development with anticipated revenues. This process maximizes land values and reduces risk. Colorado Land Advisor can provide a solid development strategy as your development partner.
